How to Request a Refund
To start a return, please email us at support@blissopet.com within 90 days of your purchase. Our support team will provide return instructions.
Return Requirements
All bottles must be shipped back to us to be eligible for a refund
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refund Processing
Once your returned bottles are received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
