Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or purchasing products from Blisso Pet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our products, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Our Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (the "Service").
By using the Service, You confirm that:

You agree to comply with these Terms.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
If You do not agree to these Terms, You may not access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
By using our Service, You consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms
If You purchase a subscription product from Blisso Pet, the following terms apply:
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected delivery frequency (for example, every 30 days) unless and until You cancel. By completing a subscription purchase, You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file in accordance with your selected subscription plan.
Billing Authorization
Your payment method will be automatically charged on each recurring billing date without additional notice unless You cancel in advance.
How to Cancel or Modify
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting:

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not apply retroactively to charges already processed or shipments already sent.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes, we will provide advance notice prior to the next billing cycle. Continued participation in the subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
Failed Payments
If a recurring charge is declined or cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment method on file. If payment remains unsuccessful, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription until valid payment information is provided.
Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first subscription order only.
Subsequent subscription shipments are not eligible for refund once billed and processed for fulfillment.
We do not accept returns on consumable pet health products once they have left our fulfillment center.
Risk of Loss & Shipping
Risk of loss transfers to You upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Blisso Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Abuse & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel subscriptions, limit quantities, or deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our satisfaction guarantee, excessive refund requests, chargeback activity, or misuse of our products or policies.
4. Orders & Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.
5. Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale
Resale of Blisso Pet products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other third-party marketplace, retail platform, or distribution channel is strictly prohibited without the prior express written authorization of an officer of Blisso Pet.
By purchasing products from Blisso Pet, You agree that:
(a) You are purchasing products solely for personal use or for administration to your own pet(s), and not for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any kind.
(b) You will not list, offer for sale, sell, or facilitate the sale of any Blisso Pet products on Amazon.com, any Amazon-affiliated marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other online or offline marketplace, storefront, or retail channel without explicit written permission signed by an officer of Blisso Pet.
(c) Any authorization to resell must be documented in a written agreement signed by a duly authorized officer of the Company. Verbal agreements, email correspondence, or implied consent do not constitute valid authorization.
(d) If You are found to be reselling, distributing, or offering for resale any Blisso Pet products without valid written authorization, the following consequences shall apply:
(i) You shall forfeit any and all rights to a refund, return, or credit for any products purchased from Blisso Pet, including but not limited to products covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
(ii) Your account and any associated subscriptions will be immediately terminated without notice.
(iii) The Company reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and recovery of damages, attorney's fees, and costs.
(e) The Company reserves the right to monitor third-party marketplaces for unauthorized resale of its products and to take enforcement action at its sole discretion.
(f) This prohibition applies regardless of whether the products are resold in their original packaging, repackaged, relabeled, bundled with other products, or altered in any way.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blisso Pet.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blisso Pet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary.
You should consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement or health product for your pet.
All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution
If You have a dispute with us, You agree to first contact us at support@blissopet.com to attempt informal resolution.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted on an individual basis.
No Class Actions
You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought individually.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Your use of the Service may also be subject to additional local, state, national, or international laws.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
